Q: What are your rates?
A: Rates vary depending on the length space required to securely park your RV, vehicle or boat (including trailer tongue, hitch, motor, etc.). See our View Rates page for details.
Q: What are your hours?
A: Customers have 24/7 access to their recreational vehicles and boats, and management is on site Monday through Saturday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Q: What documents do I need to provide to rent RV or boat storage space?
A: We require government - issued photo ID (example: driver’s license), vehicle and/ or trailer information (registration, license plate and vehicle VIN number), and proof of insurance (copy of insurance card or policy). We will securely store this information in our system.
Q: Do you offer RV or boat cleaning?
A: We can provide referrals to various service and RV repair providers.
Q: Will staff provide access to the property for repair services- providers, or should I just share my access code?
A: Please do not ever share your access code- management can provide access to approved service providers.
Q: Do I need a long-term lease?
A: No, we rent on a month-to-month basis, with all leases requiring 20-day advance notice to vacate.
Q: What types of vehicles can be stored?
A: All boats, recreational vehicles, automobiles, and enclosed trailers.
Q: Are any discounts offered?
A: Yes, we participate in the Good Sam Program.
Q: Can I leave a car or truck in my space temporarily if I take my RV on a trip?
A: Yes.
Q: How do I make a payment?
A: We only accept electronic payments- credit or debit card and all accounts will be set up to be auto-transacted on the anniversary date.
Q: What sizes are your storage spaces and are they all covered?
A: We offer covered 12-foot wide spaces varying in length from 27 to 65 feet angled 60-degrees for easy parking. We also have open spaces up to 45 feet in length.
Q: Is there electricity available?
A: Electricity is available at all covered spaces.

Q: Can I do maintenance work on my unit?
A: Yes, minor interior/ exterior maintenance or improvements to your RV or boat is permitted. No major mechanical work is permitted without prior approval by management. We recommend RVTECH & La Mesa RV.

Q: When can I move in?
A: Once you create an account and are assigned a space that meets your RV or boat storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal business hours.
